My Reconnect program is a one-on-one coaching program consisting of four phases to help you achieve food freedom and regain your self-confidence.

    This program is for you if you’re:
  • Constantly fighting against your hunger, your body, and food and you want to heal it from the root cause
  • Experiencing a sense of loss of control with food and want to find your balance
  • Feeling trapped in the diet cycle and you want to live free of shame
  • Spending your days thinking about food and want to find calm
  • Living uncomfortable in your body and want to make it your home
  • Wanting to learn to manage your emotions without having to resort to food
  • Wanting to let go of guilt and fear to start accepting yourself as you are
  • Want to build a more free, flexible and harmonious relationship with your body and food
  • Want to trust yourself and your intuitive wisdom
  • Here we will decode your food story
  • Identify the food fears, rules, beliefs, stereotypes, standards, and biases that are keeping stuck in the restriction cycle.
  • Challenge them and discover which ones support you in your life and which ones are no longer serving you.
  • You will discover why you remain stuck between control and lack of control of food, and we will work on it so that you can gain more stability.
  • Be prepared to let go of the old stories that have been holding you back from feeling at peace with your food and your body and get ready to create new ones that truly support you.

  • You will become aware about the undeniable connection between food and emotions, and how that connection shows up in your life
  • Reconnect with your hunger and satiation cues
  • Decode your cravings while honoring them without feeling like they are controlling you
  • Recognize and understand the different types of hunger you can experience and learn how to satisfy them without guilt
  • Here you will understand your inner cycles and how those impact relationships with food
  • Make changes in your daily lifestyle to feel more comfortable in your body and more at peace with food
  • Implement new strategies to help you cultivate calm and find balance with food
  • Stop fighting against your body. Instead, you’ll learn how to build a trust bond between you and your body

  • 26 weeks of 1: 1 support
  • A coaching program adapted to your needs
  • 13 1: 1 sessions via 60 minute zoom
  • Connection and embodiment practices, worksheets, meditations, PDF’s and resources to help you eat in a conscious and intuitive way
  • Access to me between sessions via WhatsApp to support you throughout your entire process
